The Journey of Crystal Modular
25+ Years of Experience. From Craftsmanship to Turnkey Interiors.

25+ Years
of hands-on experience
Watch Sachin share the story behind Crystal Modular—from his early years in the modular kitchen industry to building a turnkey interior company trusted across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai.
In His Words
“A successful interior is not simply about aesthetics. It has to be functional, practical, durable and manufacturable.”
Before building spaces, Sachin Jadhav learned how they are made.
Sachin Jadhav's journey into the furniture and interior industry began with a genuine interest in how a space can be transformed through thoughtful design, quality materials and skilled workmanship.
His professional journey started with Mafatlal Interiors, where he developed a strong foundation in modular kitchens, furniture manufacturing, materials, hardware, machinery, production and quality control.
But the biggest lesson went beyond technical knowledge.
The quality of the final project depends on getting every stage right.
From selecting the right material and understanding how it is manufactured to installation and finishing, Sachin learned early that what happens behind the scenes is just as important as what the client sees.
From the factory floor to the project site.
Over more than 25 years, Sachin's experience grew across factories, manufacturing environments and project sites. He worked across modular kitchens, commercial furniture, office workstations, cabin furniture, conference tables, custom furniture and residential and commercial interior execution.
This gave him something that cannot be learned from design alone—an understanding of how an idea moves from drawing to reality.
He understands materials and specifications. He understands manufacturing and machinery. He understands measurements, installation and site conditions. And he understands the challenges that can arise when design, production and execution are not properly coordinated.
That became his biggest advantage: seeing the entire project, not just one part of it.
Industry Expertise
Modular kitchen design & manufacturing Materials, specifications & hardware Manufacturing machines & production processes Factory production & quality control On-site execution & installation
Commercial Furniture
Office workstations & cabin furniture Conference tables & custom furniture Residential & commercial interior execution
A beautiful design can still fail.
Over the years, Sachin saw projects where good designs became difficult to execute because of incorrect measurements, unsuitable materials, site conditions, unclear specifications or lack of coordination.
Those experiences shaped the way he approaches interiors today.
He learned to ask two questions from the very beginning:
How should it look?
And how will it actually be built?
That mindset became one of the foundations of Crystal Modular.
For Sachin, a successful interior is not simply about aesthetics. It has to be functional, practical, durable and manufacturable, while making effective use of the available space.
Good interiors, in his view, are planned long before they are built.
The experience eventually became a vision.
After more than two decades in the industry, Sachin recognised that clients increasingly needed more than a furniture or modular kitchen provider. They wanted an experienced team that could understand the bigger picture and take responsibility for the complete project.
That realisation led to the creation of Crystal Modular.
Today, Crystal Modular brings together design, planning, manufacturing and execution to provide turnkey interior solutions for residential and commercial spaces.
Depending on the project, this can include:
From one piece of furniture to the entire space.
The objective remains simple: one coordinated approach from concept to completion.
For Sachin, quality is not a price tag. It is a process.
His approach begins with understanding the client's requirements and continues through site measurements, space planning, working drawings, material specifications, manufacturing, coordination, installation and final handover.
Every stage matters. The right material needs to be selected for the right application. Workmanship needs to be precise. Installation needs to be handled correctly. Finishing needs attention to detail. And the final space needs to perform well long after handover.
Three things remain non-negotiable:
Quality
Choosing the right materials and specifications.
Workmanship
Getting manufacturing, installation and finishing right.
Commitment
Being transparent and taking responsibility from planning through execution.
For Sachin, quality means creating spaces that don't just look good on day one, but continue to work well for years.
25+ years built the experience. The clients built the trust.
Crystal Modular has had the opportunity to work across residential and commercial interior projects in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and other locations, including projects associated with names such as ICICI Bank, Marathon Futurex and Excel R.
But when Sachin looks back at the journey, the projects and milestones are only one part of what makes him proud. What matters most is the trust clients place in him and his team.
The experience he wants every client to have is simple:
“They understood what we needed. They guided us properly. They maintained quality. And they took responsibility from start to finish.”
For Sachin, the project may end with the final handover.
The relationship shouldn't.
His vision for Crystal Modular is to build a professionally managed turnkey interior company known for quality, transparency, technical expertise and reliable execution—while continuing to grow across residential and commercial interiors.
And if Crystal Modular is remembered for just one thing years from now, his answer is simple:
Trust
“We want Crystal Modular to be remembered as a company that does what it commits, delivers quality workmanship and stands behind its projects.”
